Kaipulla vs Nesamani
It all comes to the end, where there is a face-off between Kaipulla and Nesamani. When people were asked to vote for their favourite Vadivelu characters in an online platform (google forms), majority of the votes fell under two famous characters- Kaipulla and Nesamani.
Around 40 to 50 characters only were listed as options among 250+ characters in Vadivelu's career, people preferences narrowed down to only two major characters. Like many of his characters become the highlight of the whole movies, these two characters are so popular because of his remarkable performances and meme creators. These two characters are the largely used meme templates in social media.

But at the end there needs to be a sole winner of this poll, which is the world famous Nesamani. Nesamani's fame has been only increasing since the hashtag #pray_for_nesamani went viral worldwide. And that explains Nesamani's victory over Kaipulla.
